Combining the flexibility of flat and angled library shelves for displaying product with the flexibility of being able to move the shelving around creates the ultimate library shelving system. This mobile system is ideal for any corporate, school, tertiary or public library situation.
- Manufactured in high grade welded/folded powder-coated steel. Standard powder-coat colours are off-white (cream) or midnight blue but other powder-coat colours are available on inquiry
- The mobile library shelving system features fully welded frames on quality 100mm rubber bearing wheels - with brakes to create safety and security for the products on display
- Horizontal backs clip into place and are secured with steel locking studs. Diagonal and other bracing is provided where required for additional support
- Specified components are 'guided' by NZS4014 1994 Guidelines for Seismic Constraint of Building Contents
- 25mm profile shelves incorporate smooth safety edges for the library environment and are double flat folded front and rear for maximum strength
- Standard 170mm high overslung brackets are used to enhance stability of product on display and these brackets can be installed left or right with a 1 degree backward tilt to promote title presentation
- All library shelving components are fully modular allowing an inter-change of components or later additions to compliment or update an overall system
- The shelving may be complimented with solid end panels in powder-coated steel or melteca end in any colour to match existing decor
- There are a range of shelf height, width and depth options available and shelving can be flat or angled or a combination of both depending on the requirements
- Due to the wide range of configuration options available with any given floor area our experienced consultants are available to call on site to measure up - or liase with your architect or designer - to configure the most cost effective and space efficient layout available for your individual situation
- A combination of wall-mounted, static and mobile shelving can be included in the same system and our consultant/s will assist with what is most appropriatefor your specific requirements
- Single faced (against a wall) or double faced (back to back) units are available depending on the preferred configuration
- Our proposal will include detailed layout drawings and pricing will include delivery and intallation by experienced installers
