This 100-litre cabinet meets the standard for Class 8 corrosive liquids and solids, with double steel walls, a 150mm liquid-tight sump, and adjustable shelves fitted with plastic spill trays to contain leaks. Stainless steel hinges, self-closing doors with speed-adjustable hydraulics, and static earthing connection keep your NZ workshop, lab or facility safe and compliant.   • Suitable for storage of class 8 corrosive substances in liquid or solid form including acids, akalis, caustics, sodium hydroxide solutions and hypochlorite solution
  • Internal door opening latch
  • Each shelf is supplied with plastic spill trays to contain small spills and leakages
  • Internal and external powder-coated paint finish for improved chemical resistance and additional powder-coating of the shelving and closing assembly for added protection
  • Stainless steel piano hinges for added protection
  • Constructed using 1.2mm thick double steel walls with 40mm air gap between walls to provide thermal insulation
  • Single self closing and latching double doors with speed adjustable hydraulic closure for gentle closing action
  • 150mm deep liquid tight sump for containing a leakage or spill
  • Recessed door handle with key lock to eliminate potential damage from heavy knocks - 2 keys are supplied with each cabinet (cabinets with locking handles)
  • 50mm vent bungs for venting the cabinet where required
  • Static earthing connection - each cabinet comes with earthing wire to help reduce the potential build-up of static electricity, a known source of ignition
  • Adjustable shelves with 45mm increments provide flexibility to meet your storage needs - (100 litre cabinet comes with base level shelf only)
