That conversation became Office Products Online. Not a mission statement. An actual promise to actual people.

That was 2006. Ray started it from Kihikihi in the Waikato — small town, no flashy office. Amanda joined and has driven everything customers experience for over a decade. Pam has kept the whole operation running quietly and precisely from day one.

Twenty years later, the promise hasn't changed. Neither has the phone number.
