Returns Policy

At Office Products Online, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here is our policy:

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be in the original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or special order items may not be returnable. Additionally, sale items or products purchased during special promotions may be subject to different return policies. 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at shop@officeproductsonline.co.nz or call 0800 535 029 to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that was included with the product.
  4. Shipping: Address the package to our return center as instructed when you received your return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent) - in which case we will meet these costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure for returns. Indicate on your return authorization form that you would prefer an exchange, and specify the item you wish to receive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can replace the item. We will cover all shipping charges related to the error.
