• For our credit card customers, there are no additional Merchant Fees charged 
• For the majority of products on our website delivery is included in the price showing
• For 'POA' products the delivery costs to different areas vary. We obtain freight quotes to determine the most competitive price available
• For bulk orders, a discount will be applied - depending on the product/s purchased. We negotiate discounts with our importers and manufacturers to ensure we are the most competitively priced on the market
• For office fit-out quotations we shop around for our customer/s to get the most competitively priced package available
• We operate a very 'lean' business, so our overheads enable us to apply smaller margins to all of our products
