Frames - 2 grades of uprights can be used either singly or in combinations to provide rack heights of about 18m. Uprights are punched with hexagonal slots at 76mm intervals for beam height adjustments.
Pallet Support Bars - thes span across the depth of the vertical support frames and are supported by the beams. Are designed to be approximately fush with the beams. Can also be used as a secondary support member for pallets or shelving
Fort Entry Bars - used when unsuitable pallets or unpalletised loads are to be sotred on beams and handled by forklift trucks. Bars allow a gap of 76mm above the beam.
Barrrel Chocks - are used when barrels or drums are to be stored using the Keylock Racking System. They prevent the barrel from rolling along the beam. Barrel chocks ar fitted over the front beam or both front and rear beams, but are not fixed.
Keylock Beams - choice of three types: Open Beams (2438mmL with load/pair 1000kg), Box Beams (1372mmL with 2000kg load/pair or 1372mm with 5400kg load/pair), Stepped Beams (1829mmL with 900kg load/pair or 2743mm with 800kg load/pair).
Local Council regulations may require that permits be issued for racking storage structures.
